Proposed amendment

Tangi Utikere, in Committee, to move the following amendment:

Clause 9

In clause 9(1), delete paragraph (a) (page 38, line 14).

Explanatory note

This Amendment Paper amends the Local Government (Water Services) Bill. It would delete clause 9(1)(a), which allows for a council to provide stand-alone in-house delivery of water services
