Francisco Hernandez, in Committee, to move the following amendment:

Clause 4

Delete clause 4 (page 7, lines 8 to 18).

Explanatory note

This Amendment Paper deletes clause 4 of the Education and Training (Vocational Education and Training System) Amendment Bill to remove the amendments to the Te Tiriti o Waitangi section of the principal Act.
