Proposed amendment

Francisco Hernandez, in Committee, to move the following amendment:

Clause 22

In clause 22, new section 339(2), after paragraph (c) (page 20, after line 27), insert:

(ca)

consult the local community of the polytechnic being considered for designation as a federation polytechnic; and

Explanatory note

This Amendment Paper amends the Education and Training (Vocational Education and Training System) Amendment Bill.
