Proposed amendment

Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan, in Committee, to move the following amendment:

Clause 11

In clause 11, new section 281(1)(g)(i), delete “, in accordance with section 267” (page 6, line 18).

Explanatory note

This Amendment Paper amends the Education and Training Amendment Bill (No 2). The definition of “academic freedom” and relationship with section 267 has already been expressed in clause 7 of this bill. This part is superfluous.
