Proposed amendments

Vanushi Walters, in Committee, to move the following amendments:

Clause 5

Delete clause 5 (page 10, line 22 to page 11, line 12).

Clause 7

Delete clause 7 (page 11, line 25 to page 12, line 4).

Explanatory note

This Amendment Paper amends the Electoral Amendment Bill to, effectively, reverse the changes to the enrolment deadline, as it would mean that the current settings on who may vote remain regardless of other changes to the Act.
