Proposed amendment

Lemauga Lydia Sosene, in Committee, to move the following amendment:

Clause 5

In clause 5, definition of advertising and marketing strategy, after paragraph (a)(iii)(D) (page 7, after line 9), insert:

(E)

harm minimisation; and

(F)

oversight and enforcement of age restrictions; and

Explanatory note

This Amendment Paper amends the Online Casino Gambling Bill.
