Proposed amendment

Lemauga Lydia Sosene, in Committee, to move the following amendment:

Clause 8

After clause 8(e) (page 12, after line 20), insert:

(ea)

to maintain the register of persons who wish to be excluded from online casino gambling established by any regulations made under section 75(2A):

Explanatory note

This Amendment Paper amends clause 8 of the Online Casino Gambling Bill to require the Secretary to maintain the self-exclusion register.
