Lemauga Lydia Sosene, in Committee, to move the following amendment:
Clause 46
After clause 46(5) (page 28, after line 19), insert:
(6)
The Secretary must—
(a)
publish the information provided under subsection (4) on an internet site maintained by or on behalf of the Secretary in a form that is readily accessible to the public at all reasonable times; and
(b)
keep the internet site up to date.
Explanatory note
This Amendment Paper amends clause 46 of the Online Casino Gambling Bill to require the Secretary to publish information related to complaints provided by operators to the Secretary.
