Proposed amendment

Lemauga Lydia Sosene, in Committee, to move the following amendment:

Clause 75

In clause 75(2A), replace “December 2027” (page 42, line 7) with “May 2026”.

Explanatory note

This Amendment Paper amends clause 75 of the Online Casino Gambling Bill to require regulations establishing the self-exclusion register to be made no later than 1 May 2026.
