Proposed amendment

Lemauga Lydia Sosene, in Committee, to move the following amendment:

New clause 80G

After clause 80F (page 48, after line 8), insert:

80G Section 282 amended (Applications for assistance)

After section 282(1), insert:

(1A)

An application for assistance may request that the grant be paid from the profits of New Zealand lotteries only.

Explanatory note

This Amendment Paper amends the Online Casino Gambling Bill.
