Mike Davidson, in Committee, to move the following amendments:

Clause 38

In the heading to clause 38, replace “18” with “20” (page 26, line 2).

In clause 38, replace “18” with “20” (page 26, line 4).

Clause 66

In the heading to clause 66, replace “18” with “20” (page 36, line 22).

In clause 66(1)(a), replace “18” with “20” (page 36, line 25).

In clause 66(1)(b), replace “18” with “20” (page 36, line 26).

Clause 77

In clause 77(3)(b), replace “18” with “20” (page 44, line 10).

Explanatory note

This Amendment Paper amends the Online Casino Gambling Bill to require that participants of online casino gambling are at least 20 years old. This is consistent with the age restriction for land-based casinos.
