Proposed amendments

Mike Davidson, in Committee, to move the following amendments:

Clause 38

In clause 38, delete “take all reasonable steps to” (page 26, line 3).

Clause 39

In clause 39, delete “take all reasonable steps to” (page 26, line 7).

Clause 40

In clause 40, delete “take all reasonable steps to” (page 26, line 11).

Explanatory note

This Amendment Paper amends the Online Casino Gambling Bill to strengthen operators’ obligations to participants in, and those who wish to be excluded from, online casino gambling.
