Proposed amendments

Mike Davidson, in Committee, to move the following amendments:

Clause 77

In clause 77(1), replace “may” (page 43, line 19) with “must”.

In clause 77(3), replace “may” (page 44, line 4) with “must”.

In clause 77(3)(b), replace “.” (page 44, line 10) with “; and”.

After clause 77(3)(b) (page 44, after line 10), insert:

(c)

prohibiting culturally targeted advertising and marketing of online casino gambling.

Explanatory note

This Amendment Paper amends clause 77 of the Online Casino Gambling Bill to require the Minister to make regulations prohibiting culturally targeted advertising.
