Proposed amendment

Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan, in Committee, to move the following amendment:

Clause 2

In clause 2(2)(a), delete subparagraph (iv) (page 6, line 4).

Explanatory note

This Amendment Paper amends the Education and Training (System Reform) Amendment Bill. It provides clarity if section 42 comes into force on a single commencement date rather than by Order in Council.
