Proposed amendment

Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan, in Committee, to move the following amendment:

Clause 5E

Delete clause 5E (page 9, lines 6 to 8).

Explanatory note

This Amendment Paper amends the Education and Training (System Reform) Amendment Bill. The new Director of Regulations function has not had the time to be fully implemented and reviewed since the commencement of the Education and Training Amendment Bill (No 2). Any changes to their function is premature and irresponsible.
