Proposed amendment

Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan, in Committee, to move the following amendment:

Clause 17

In clause 17, new section 170B(2) (page 13, line 25), delete “working”.

Explanatory note

This Amendment Paper amends the Education and Training (System Reform) Amendment Bill. 28 working days is a peculiar timeframe to choose. 28 calendar days, i.e. four weeks, is more reasonable.
