Proposed amendment

Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan, in Committee, to move the following amendment:

Clause 17

In clause 17, new section 170C(3), replace “30 working days” (page 14, line 1) with “20 working days”.

Explanatory note

This Amendment Paper amends the Education and Training (System Reform) Amendment Bill. Considering the Chief Review Officer only has two working days to notify the Secretary and the Minister, it is reasonable for the report to given on a much shorter timeframe than 30 working days.
