Proposed amendment

Hūhana Lyndon, in Committee, to move the following amendment:

Clause 9

Delete clause 9 (page 4, lines 31 and 32).

Explanatory note

This Amendment Paper reinstates the health sector principles to give effect to the Crown’s responsibilities under te Tiriti o Waitangi, including requiring consideration of the wider determinants of health for whānau Māori.
