We received advice on this bill from the Ministry of Economic Development, and from the Department of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Transport, the Reserve Bank of New Zealand, and the Treasury.

The Parliament of New Zealand enacts as follows:

1 Title

This Act is the Regulatory Reform (Repeals) Act 2010.

2 Commencement

This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent.

3 Repeals

The Acts specified in ~~the~~ Schedule 1 are repealed.

3A Consequential revocations

The regulations specified in Schedule 2 are revoked.

4 Repeal of this Act

This Act is repealed on the day that is 28 days after the date on which it comes into force.
