61 Section 15 amended (House of Representatives may make rules for guidance of Ombudsmen)

In section 15(1), after “2000”, insert “or under Parts 1 to 4 of the Oversight of Oranga Tamariki System and Children and Young People’s Commission Act 2021”.

In section 15(2), after “2000”, insert “or under Parts 1 to 4 of the Oversight of Oranga Tamariki System and Children and Young People’s Commission Act 2021”.
