Pursuant to the Reciprocal Enforcement of Judgments Act 1934, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, and being satisfied that substantial reciprocity of treatment will be assured as respects the enforcement within the Northern Territory of Australia of judgments given in the superior courts of New Zealand, hereby makes the following order.
