All that group of islands situated in the North Auckland Land District known as the Mokohinau Islands (but excluding Burgess Island), containing an area of approximately 153 acres 2 roods, situated approximately 14 miles north-west of the northern extremity of Great Barrier Island; as shown on the two plans marked IA 46/29/204 and IA 46/29/204A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Conservation at Wellington, and thereon edged red (SO Plan 208 and OLC Plan 207); together with the foreshore of those islands, being such parts of the bed of the sea as are covered and uncovered by the flow and ebb of the tide at ordinary spring tides.
