All those rocks or islands known as White Rocks situated approximately 100 chains north-west of Cape Koamaru in Block XXII, Gore Survey District.
Also all those rocks forming Duffers Reef, situated to the west of Forsyth Island in Blocks V and XXV, Gore Survey District, and Block XVI, Orieri Survey District.
Also Sentinel Rock and adjacent small rocks situated approximately 140 chains east of Te Kakaho Island in the Chetwode Islands in Block XXVI, Gore Survey District.
Those rocks and islands being as delineated on the plan marked 46/29/432, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Conservation, Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Together with the foreshore of those rocks and islands, being such parts of the bed of the sea as are covered and uncovered by the flow and ebb of the tide at ordinary spring tides.
