40 On radio advertisements

(1)

Every radio advertisement that advertises to the public any film in respect of which a label has been issued shall include a statement of the content of the label issued in respect of that film, which statement shall comply with the following requirements:

(a)

in the case of a film to which a rating has been assigned, the statement shall specify—

(i)

that rating, in the terms of the relevant paragraph of regulation 12(1); and

(ii)

any description assigned to the film:

(b)

in the case of a film that has been classified as a restricted publication, the statement shall specify—

(i)

the classification of the film, as appearing on the label issued in respect of the film; and

(ii)

any description assigned to the film.

(2)

In every case the statement required by subclause (1) shall come at the end of the advertisement.
