Pursuant to section 126 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985, the Minister of Corrections gives the following notice.

1 Title and commencement

This notice may be cited as the Community Work Centre (Tristram Street (Hamilton)) Notice 1999.

2 Tristram Street (Hamilton) Community Work Centre

The land described in the Schedule is a community work centre to be known as the Tristram Street (Hamilton) Community Work Centre.

All that parcel of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 2391 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1 on Deposited Plan S28678, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title No. 66D/492, South Auckland Registry.
