Pursuant to section 126 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985, the Minister of Corrections gives the following notice.

1 Title and commencement

  • (1) This notice may be cited as the Community Work Centre (Walton Street (Te Awamutu)) Notice 1999.

    (2) This notice takes effect from 16 July 1999.

    Clause 1(1): amended, on 30 June 2002, pursuant to section 126(3) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 (1985 No 120).

2 Walton Street (Te Awamutu) Community Work Centre

  • The land described in the Schedule is a community work centre, to be known as the Walton Street (Te Awamutu) Community Work Centre.

All the parcel of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 1483 square metres, more or less, situated in Block VI Punui Survey District, being Section 1 on Survey Office Plan 59791, and being all the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title 54D/30 (South Auckland Registry).
