Passport (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2001: revoked, on 30 November 2015, pursuant to regulation 9 of the Passport (Fees) Regulations 2015 (LI 2015/264).

These regulations are administered by the Department of Internal Affairs.
Pursuant to section 40 of the Passport Act 1992, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following regulations.

These regulations are the Passport (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2001.

In these regulations, the Passport (Fees) Regulations 19961 are called “the principal regulations”.

These regulations come into force on 3 October 2001.
Regulation 7(d) of the principal regulations is amended by omitting the expression “4”, and substituting the expression “5”.

The principal regulations are amended by revoking the Schedule, and substituting the Schedule set out in the Schedule of these regulations.

These regulations, which come into force on 3 October 2001, amend the fees payable for various passport services under the Passport (Fees) Regulations 1996.
