74 Information required in notice of opposition

A notice of opposition to an application for registration of a trade mark must contain the following information:

(a)

the name and address for service of the opponent:

(b)

if the opponent has an agent, the agent’s name:

(c)
[Revoked]

(d)

the number of the application:

(e)

the class or classes, or the goods or services, to which the opposition relates:

(f)

the ground or grounds of opposition and the provisions of the Act to which those grounds relate:

(g)

if a ground of opposition relates to section 25 of the Act, the trade mark numbers of the earlier trade marks.
