Customs Import Prohibition (Trout) Amendment Order 2004: revoked (after expiring on 8 November 2007), on 8 November 2015, pursuant to clause 5(b) of the Customs Import Prohibition (Trout) Order 2015 (LI 2015/241).

Pursuant to sections 54 and 55(3) of the Customs and Excise Act 1996, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.

This order is the Customs Import Prohibition (Trout) Amendment Order 2004.

In this order, the Customs Import Prohibition (Trout) Order 20011 is called “the principal order”.

This order comes into force on 7 November 2004.
Clause 3 of the principal order is amended by omitting the words “7 November 2004”, and substituting the words “7 November 2007”.

This order, which comes into force on 7 November 2004, extends by 3 years the duration of the Customs Import Prohibition (Trout) Order 2001.
