1 Title

  • This order is the Local Government (Auckland) Amendment Act Commencement Order 2004.

2 Commencement of sections 45 and 46 and Schedules 4 and 6 of Local Government (Auckland) Amendment Act 2004

Explanatory note

This order brings sections 45 and 46 and Schedules 4 and 6 of the Local Government (Auckland) Amendment Act 2004 into force on 1 December 2004.
