Pursuant to section 92(1) and (2) of the Fire Service Act 1975, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following regulations.


Means of escape from fire for building

Evacuation of building


Open flames

Packing and unpacking of goods

Storage of certain materials

Firefighting equipment for use by building's occupants


Prescribed matters (other than forms)

Evacuation schemes

Applications for approval of evacuation scheme

Notification for building for which no evacuation scheme required
