Resource Management (Project Aqua Network Utility Operation) Regulations Revocation Order 2006: revoked, on 29 September 2016, by regulation 5 of the Resource Management (Network Utility Operations) Regulations 2016 (LI 2016/195).

Pursuant to section 360(1) of the Resource Management Act 1991, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.
This order is the Resource Management (Project Aqua Network Utility Operation) Regulations Revocation Order 2006.
This order comes into force on the 28th day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
The Resource Management (Project Aqua Network Utility Operation) Regulations 2003 (SR 2003/31) are revoked.

This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order, which comes into force on the 28th day after the date of its notification in the Gazette, revokes the Resource Management (Project Aqua Network Utility Operation) Regulations 2003.
The regulations were made to establish Project Aqua as a network utility operation. Now that Project Aqua is no longer to proceed, the regulations are no longer required.
