6 Building consent authority’s decisions under policies, procedures, and systems

A building consent authority must record—

(a)
[Revoked]

(b)

the decisions it makes under the policies, procedures, and systems required by these regulations; and

(c)

the reasons for the decisions; and

(d)

the outcomes of the decisions.
