Pursuant to section 2 of the Bail Amendment Act 2007, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.

1 Title

  • This order is the Bail Amendment Act 2007 Commencement Order 2007.

2 Commencement of Bail Amendment Act 2007

  • The Bail Amendment Act 2007 comes into force on 1 October 2007.
