Pursuant to section 20 of the Fisheries Act 1996, the Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture, after having regard to the matters specified in section 21 of that Act, gives the following notice.

1 Title

This notice is the Fisheries (Total Allowable Commercial Catch) Amendment Notice 2011.

2 Commencement

This notice comes into force on 30 September 2011.

3 Application

This notice applies on and from 1 October 2011.

4 Principal notice amended

This notice amends the Fisheries (Total Allowable Commercial Catch) Notice 2009.

5 Schedule substituted

The schedule to the principal notice is substituted with the schedule in the schedule to this notice.
