Pursuant to section 79(1) of the Summary Proceedings Act 1957, Her Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.

Order

1 Title

  • This order is the Summary Proceedings (Orders of Reparation) Order 2011.

2 Commencement

  • This order comes into force on 13 February 2012.

3 Order of reparation

  • An order made under any of the enactments listed in the Schedule is an order of reparation for the purposes of Part 3 of the Summary Proceedings Act 1957.

4 Sentencing (Orders of Reparation) Order 2006 revoked
