This notice is the Fisheries (High Seas Fishing Notifications: Western and Central Pacific Fisheries Commission) Amendment Notice 2012.
This notice comes into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
This notice amends the Fisheries (High Seas Fishing Notifications: Western and Central Pacific Fisheries Commission) Notice 2009 (the principal notice).
Replace the Schedule with the Schedule set out in the Schedule of this notice.
