Pursuant to section 215(i) of the Student Loan Scheme Act 2011 and section 11 of the Interpretation Act 1999, Her Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following regulations.

Regulations

1 Title

These regulations are the Student Loan Scheme (Details of Borrower’s Contact Person) Regulations 2012.

2 Commencement

These regulations come into force on 1 January 2013.

3 Details about borrower’s contact person

The following information is specified for the purposes of sections 16A(1)(e) and 107A(2)(e) of the Student Loan Scheme Act 2011:

(a)

the date of birth of the individual:

(b)

the tax file number of the individual.
