These regulations are administered by the Ministry of Social Development.
Pursuant to sections 132 and 132J of the Social Security Act 1964, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council and on the recommendation of the Minister for Social Development made in accordance with section 132J(2) of that Act, makes the following regulations.
These regulations are the Social Security (Pre-benefit Activities) Regulations 2012.
These regulations come into force on 15 October 2012.
The following activities are pre-benefit activities for the purposes of section 11E(3) of the Social Security Act 1964:
reporting on the progress of job search activities:
completing a curriculum vitae and providing it to the department.
