1 Title

This notice is the Fisheries (High Seas Fishing Notifications—Commission for the Conservation of Southern Bluefin Tuna) Amendment Notice 2012.

2 Commencement

This notice comes into force on the 28th day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.

The conservation and management measures adopted by the Commission for the Conservation of Southern Bluefin Tuna are—

Resolution on amendment of the Resolution on “Illegal, Unregulated and Unreported Fishing (IUU) and Establishment of a CCSBT Record of Vessels over 24 meters Authorized to Fish for Southern Bluefin Tuna” (adopted at CCSBT 15 in 2008):

The amendment updates the list of international conservation and management measures that have been adopted by the Commission for the Conservation of Southern Bluefin Tuna.
