Explanatory note
This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect.
These regulations, which come into force on 1 July 2013, amend the Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition (Occupations Tribunal) Regulations 1998 to increase from $500 to $600 the fee for making an application under section 42 of the Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition Act 1997, and to adjust the filing address for an application for a review of a decision of a local registration authority. The amendment implements a change to civil fees as a result of the civil fees review by the Ministry of Justice.
