1 Title

This notice is the Penal Institutions (Wellington Prison) Revocation Notice 2013.

2 Commencement

This notice takes effect from 31 July 2013.

3 Revocation of this notice

This notice is revoked from 31 July 2018.

4 Penal Institutions (Wellington Prison) Notice 2003 revoked

The Penal Institutions (Wellington Prison) Notice 2003 (SR 2003/130) is revoked.

This notice, which takes effect from 31 July 2013, revokes the Penal Institutions (Wellington Prison) Notice 2003 because Wellington Prison has been closed and is no longer in operation.
