Pursuant to sections 13, 14, 20, and 302A of the Fisheries Act 1996, the Minister for Primary Industries gives the following notice after complying with the prerequisites for publication by virtue of section 302A(4) of that Act.

This notice is the Fisheries (Total Allowable Catch and Total Allowable Commercial Catch) Notice 2014.
This notice comes into force on 30 March 2014.
This notice applies on and from the first day of the fishing year starting on 1 April 2014.
In this notice,—
quota management stock means the quota management stock that corresponds, under Part 1 of Schedule 3 of the Fisheries (Reporting) Regulations 2001, to a fishstock code specified in the second column of Schedule 1 of this notice
related quota management area, for a quota management stock, means the 1 or more quota management areas to which that stock relates, as set out in Part 1 of Schedule 3 of the Fisheries (Reporting) Regulations 2001
TAC means total allowable catch
TACC means total allowable commercial catch.
(1) The TAC for a quota management stock (in the related quota management area) is the amount specified for that stock in the third column of Schedule 1.
(2) The amount is in greenweight tonnes or, for scallop, in meatweight tonnes.
(1) The TACC for a quota management stock (in the related quota management area) is the amount specified for that stock in the fourth column of Schedule 1.
The notices set out in Schedule 2 are revoked, or are amended as provided in that schedule.
