Pursuant to section 30 of the Corrections Act 2004, the Minister of Corrections gives the following notice.

1 Title

  • This notice is the Community Work Centre (Geddes Road (Rotorua)) Notice 2014.

2 Commencement

  • This notice takes effect from 1 June 2014.

3 Geddes Road (Rotorua) Community Work Centre

  • The land described in the Schedule is a community work centre to be known as the Geddes Road (Rotorua) Community Work Centre.

All that parcel of land in the South Auckland Land Registration District containing 1 802 square metres, more or less, being Lot 3 DPS 91196, and being all of the land comprised and described in Computer Freehold Register SA 72A/844 (South Auckland Land Registry).

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the notice, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This notice, which takes effect from 1 June 2014, is made under the Corrections Act 2004. The existing community work centre at Haupapa Street in Rotorua is being redeveloped, and pending completion of the work the community work centre is being relocated to 14 Geddes Road in Rotorua. This notice provides a legal description of the land on which the new community work centre will be located.
