Pursuant to sections 213(7), 216, and 329 of the Accident Compensation Act 2001, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council and on the recommendation of the Minister for ACC made after complying with the consultation requirements of sections 330 and 331 of that Act, makes the following regulations.
