Her Excellency the Administrator of the Government in Council

Pursuant to sections 7, 8, and 9 of the Major Events Management Act 2007, Her Excellency the Administrator of the Government makes the following order, acting—

  • (a) on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council; and

  • (b) on the recommendations of the Minister for Economic Development made after the consultation required by, and compliance with every other requirement for the making of those recommendations that is specified in, sections 7 and 8 of that Act.
