Pursuant to section 25 of the National War Memorial Park (Pukeahu) Empowering Act 2012, His Excellency the Governor-General, makes the following order, acting—

(a)

on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council; and

(b)

on the recommendation of the Minister for Arts, Culture and Heritage made after taking into account the purposes of the Act and having regard to the recommendations of the National War Memorial Park Review Panel.
