At Wellington this 28th day of July 2014

Present:
Her Excellency the Administrator of the Government in Council

Pursuant to section 54 of the Customs and Excise Act 1996, Her Excellency the Administrator of the Government makes the following order,—

  • (a) acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council; and

  • (b) being of the opinion that the prohibitions effected by this order are necessary in the public interest.
