The first stage commences on the day after the date of the notification of the rules in the Gazette. This stage updates the charge for a registration certificate issued for 1 year commencing on 1 January.
The second stage commences on 1 January 2015 and updates the rest of the charges payable in relation to registration and the issue of a registration certificate.
