Pursuant to sections 11 and 13 of the New Zealand Flag Referendums Act 2015 and section 21(2) of the Referenda (Postal Voting) Act 2000 as applied by section 18(1)(b) of the New Zealand Flag Referendums Act 2015, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.
